About Our Processing Fees
Banks charge transaction fees on all credit card payments — including those we refund.
Reopening a spot involves additional outreach: web edits, social media promotion, and paid advertising.
Our tours are intimate and tailored — replacing a cancelled spot at the last minute is rarely possible.
Planning these immersive experiences involves significant upfront investment — from securing exclusive lodge and boat accommodations to running extensive advertising and managing logistics months in advance. While we do maintain a waitlist, last-minute cancellations are challenging to fill and often result in unrecoverable costs
Please get trip insurance to protect yourself.
