Every trip is thoughtfully curated to offer unparalleled experiences, and every reservation sets in motion a series of commitments, bookings, and preparations long before departure day.

To protect the integrity of these tours and maintain fairness for all guests, we have implemented the following cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Timeline: Based on when you cancel

120+ Days Before Trip Start

Full refund minus a $250 processing fee per person

90–119 Days Before Trip Start

Deposit retained, all other payments refunded If the trip sells out, you’ll be eligible for a full refund or future tour credit (less a $250 processing fee per person)

Under 90 Days Before Trip Start: No refund available

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
