At Slonina Photography Tours, we take pride in crafting exceptional photographic journeys through some of North America’s most breathtaking landscapes. Every trip is thoughtfully curated to offer unparalleled experiences, and every reservation sets in motion a series of commitments, bookings, and preparations long before departure day.

To protect the integrity of these tours and maintain fairness for all guests, we have implemented the following cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Timeline (based on the date you notify us)

120+ Days Before Trip Start

Full refund minus a $250 processing fee per person.

90–119 Days Before Trip Start

Your deposit becomes non‑refundable. All other payments will be refunded.

If your spot is filled by another guest, you may receive Full credit toward a future tour, minus the $250 processing fee per person.

Under 90 Days Before Trip Start

No refund is available, regardless of reason, including illness, weather, or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

• Trip Cancellation or Interruption

• Acts of God, Natural Disasters (e.g., fires, earthquakes, hurricanes), and Terrorist Attacks

• Any other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent or alter your travel plans.

Alaska trips involve unique logistics, early booking of top-tier accommodations, and limited capacity in remote areas. Because of these realities, our cancellation policy for Alaska is different. Each cancellation affects months of preparation and partnered arrangements with trusted vendors.
