COVID 19 Policy

Slonina Photography works hard to provide experiences that will leave you with memories to last a lifetime, new skills, friendships, and great images.

Our priority is safety and well being of our customers, vendors and staff. We believe that we should share in the responsibility of helping to protect not just the places we go as well as our participants and vendors.

We require all participants to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.

Consistent with CDC guidelines, we encourage everyone to wear a mask Some groups may have varied requirements depending on location and situation. Until it is deemed safe by CDC or other official health organization to do otherwise, face masks may be required for all members of the group when indoors, in vehicles or when physical distancing of six feet or more between people is not possible.

Some groups may have varied requirements depending on location and situation. On small groups, with 100% agreement of all group members, masks may be omitted in some circumstances.

We recommend N95 (best) or KN95. They are great quality.  Please avoid cloth masks.

If a member feels ill, they should report it immediately and resign from participating in workshop activities.

Participants are required to sign a liability waiver and follow our guidelines for participation in order to maximize safety.

• Frequently wash your hands with soap and (ideally hot) running water for at least 20 seconds.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in a bin and wash your hands. If you don’t have a tissue to hand, then sneeze into the crease of your elbow.
• Do not travel if you feel sick and avoid close contact with anyone who is sick.
• Carry hand sanitizer with you at all times and use it frequently.
• Do not congregate in groups and remain at least 6 feet from one another.
• Do not touch other participants’ gear or camera equipment

We will continue to closely follow the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation at a national level and local level (workshop locations). We will continue to provide updates on our website as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to review resources available through the World Health Organization and CDC to learn more about COVID-19 and steps you can take to maximize your safety and the safety of others.

These policies are subject to change based on the latest guidelines and regulations.
